For Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents, please proceed to the police station or Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to update the address on your NRIC. After updating your address on your NRIC, your address in SNB record will be updated directly through the One-Stop Change of Address Reporting Service (OSCAR). However, please allow some time for system updates and check via your SNB login account that both your new address and your preferred mailing address are reflected correctly.

Do note that OSCAR will only inform the new address to SNB for nurses/ midwives who have already updated their residency status and NRIC number with SNB.

For Foreigners currently working in Singapore, please login via SNB website to update your residential address under the “Administration/Update Particulars” section.
