Nurses/ Midwives with existing GIRO arrangement with SNB are reminded that the fee for the renewal of practising certificate (PC) will be deducted from your bank account only if you have submitted an online application for PC renewal via SingPass login by 30 September 2023.
The PC fees (whichever is/are applicable) will be deducted from your bank account on 6 October 2023:

Please ensure that the payment limit with your bank (if any), is set to a sufficient amount for the deduction of your applicable PC fee(s). Should the payment limit be lower than the amount of the PC fee(s) to be deducted, please inform your bank to increase the payment limit for your bank account. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful GIRO deduction and a failed GIRO surcharge of S$4/- will be incurred (and this fee must be paid before an application for PC renewal can be submitted).
For nurses/midwives who wish to
terminate your existing GIRO payment for your PC fee(s), please complete the
GIRO Termination Form and email it to SNB at
SNB@spb.gov.sg by
15 September 2023.
