Nurses/Midwives may login to their SNB account using Singpass to renew their PC for Year 2025 from 1 September 2024. Only Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, Employment Pass holders and S-Pass holders are eligible for Singpass.
Update your Residency Status and Identification Number
If you encounter difficulties logging in to your SNB account using Singpass, you may need to update your residency status by updating your new identification number to either your NRIC number (for Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents) or FIN number (for workpass holders such as those with Employment Pass or S-Pass).

here and attach a colour copy of the required supporting document:

SNB requires approximately 5 to 7 working days to review each application. Once the mandatory documents are verified, your record will be updated, and you will then be able to login to your SNB account.
Update your email address
SNB sends email notifications relating to the renewal of practising certificate (PC) to nurses/midwives and corresponds to nurses/midwives via email. Therefore, please login to your SNB account and ensure that your email address is valid and up to date. Otherwise, please update your email address by submitting an online Update Particulars application by 16 August 2024 so that you will receive email notifications for the renewal of your PC for Year 2025.
Update your employment details
For nurses/midwives who are on general registration/ enrolment, please login to your SNB account and ensure that your employment details are correct. Otherwise, please update your employment details by submitting an online Update Particulars application by 16 August 2024 so that the employment details are reflected correctly during the renewal of your PC for Year 2025.
