1. If the applicant is replacing an account holder but does not have a CME provider account, he/she would need to obtain a new CME provider account from SMC before he/she can log in with a Singpass Account. Please email smc_cme@spb.gov.sg and provide information (such as Name/Email address) of an existing CME provider account holder in his/her department to facilitate the issuance of a new CME provider account.
