The Singapore Medical Council (SMC) has reported the fraudulent calls to the Police.

If you receive or have received such calls, please lodge a report with the Police and provide the case number below for their reference:

The Singapore Medical Council (SMC) has recently received reports of phone calls, purportedly from SMC, requesting doctors and staff of clinics to provide their personal or confidential information.

SMC wishes to inform doctors and members of the public that these calls were not made by SMC.

If you have doubts about the legitimacy of any phone call purportedly from SMC, we advise you to request the caller to identify himself or herself and verify the authenticity of the call with SMC separately.
