Please be informed that as part of SMC’s continuing efforts to upgrade our computer systems, we will be migrating the current Professional Registration System to a new system.  In preparation for the system launch, all online applications will be unavailable from 23 November to 16 December 2013.  During this period, please submit any application in hardcopy to the following address:
