1.         Fully registered doctors are reminded to submit your original completed nomination form(s) to the Singapore Medical Council located at 16 College Road #01-01 College of Medicine Building Singapore 169854 (Attn: Mrs Joanna Tan, Returning Officer) by hand or registered mail during the nomination period from Wednesday, 15 June 2016 (9 am) to Wednesday, 22 June 2016 (12 noon).

2.         In preparation for the upcoming SMC Election, you are reminded to update your contact details and activity status with the SMC by logging into the SMC website if you have not done so.
