1. We wish to inform that the renewal of PCs for year 2025 has concluded.
2. The Singapore Medical Council has launched the electronic Practising Certificate (e-PC) to replace hard copy PC.
3. To view and download your e-PC, please follow the steps below:
(a) Login to the Professional Registration System (PRS) at
www.smc.gov.sg(b) At the left menu, click “Administration” followed by “View Certificates”
(c) Click on the hyperlink under “PC Period”
4. In view of the backend system updating of new PC records in PRS from 1 January 2025 00:00 hours onwards, you may experience some slowness, error logging in to PRS and/ or delay in your PC records update in both PRS and Singpass app. Please allow a few days for the system update to complete before logging in to check your PC records. If you are unable to view your e-PC in PRS or digital PC on Singpass app after the first week of January, please contact us at
