To be a preceptor for pre-registration pharmacists, one of the requirements is to attend a Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) accredited Pharmacy Preceptor Training Programme.
Singapore Pharmacy Council has accredited the following providers to conduct Pharmacy Preceptor Training Programme from 2018:
- National Healthcare Group (NHG) College
- SingHealth - SGH
The Programme is a 1 day session from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. / 6.00 pm.
Pharmacists who are interested in the course would have to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Holding a valid Practising Certificate.
- Working in a SPC approved Training Centre or Elective Training Centre.
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience as a registered Pharmacist.
