The AHPC would like to inform you that with immediate effect, employers and C-Reg AHPs are required to separately inform the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of any resignation of a C-Reg AHP within 2 weeks of the date of the letter of resignation or the last working day, whichever is earlier.

A C-Reg AHP can only start practising with a new employer after he/she has received the official approval from the AHPC. A letter of warning will be issued if a C-Reg is found to be practising with his/her new employer before approval is obtained.

Employers who fail to comply may have their Readiness Review (RR) status reviewed.
